​Prepping has been a part of my life for a long time. I thoroughly enjoy it, not only getting new preps but checking and working through old preps learning about your family usage for everyday items and food opened my eyes to how much people consume on a daily and weekly basis. Once you start tracking and documenting what you use, you will be amazed at the consumption your family goes through, I know I was. There is so much information out there on the Internet a lot of it seems true, and some of it seems fake. It’s tough to determine what is accurate, and what is not accurate. I've tried to review as much information as I could. I spent eight to ten hours a week consuming news, prepper ideas, homesteading, and current market product reviews. I do this because I thoroughly enjoy it. With all this information I have consumed. I want to help people understand how to get started and how not to be overwhelmed by being prepared and you’re busy day-to-day life.
